Responsibilities
- Job Summary:
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy of our e-commerce company. You will lead a team of professionals across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer experience. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market reach and drive growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to drive mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify areas of opportunity and potential risks.
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
- Implement and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the commercial team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or similar leadership role in the e-commerce industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Solid experience in sales, marketing, business development, and customer experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with high profile business customers
- Have strong network for e-commerce software commercialization opportunity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Fast learner and able to take up new job knowledge and skills.
- Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Able to handle work pressure, able to handle stress. Have strong work ethics
- Integrity, objective and proactive
- Native Vietnamese with an effective communication and with a good command of English.
