PRODUCT TRAINER
Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people in a selling technological field (E- commerce, Web application development, Digital MKT ( Landing page, SEO,…)
Responsibilities
- Deliver product training to internal team: sale, customer service, Marketing staff
- Develop the training method and execute training plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Design relevant training materials: presentation files, training document, sales kit,...
- Update and Adapt the training materials to match with release plan from Developer team
- Ensure the quantity & quality of each training course and Evaluate the training effectiveness
- Monitor & update competitors' products & prepare the comparisons sheet
Qualifications
- At least 1 years experience in product training
- Have knowledge about: E- commerce, Web application development, Digital MKT ( Landing page, SEO,…)
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master technologies
- English or Chinese: speaking, writing
- Provide Training materials at the interview
