• Prior experience on a scrum team
• Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

Your Skills and Experience

• Good knowledge in software development including analysis and/or design
• Good hands-on technical skills in Java stacks, i.e.Spring and Hibernate.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques – Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, etc
• People management skills, project management skills, organization skills, negotiation skills, time management skills.
• Be able to manage stakeholders relationships and negotiate changes to commitments / requirements;
• Strong logical and critical thinking
• Good analytical thinking and how to determine the root cause of the issue/problem, ability to give a good estimation.
• Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage;
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and time management skills.
